Which Products Are Available
For your convenience, MISUMI will offer all of Meridian Laboratory’s most popular stock items.
Bearings
ML6 precision polyurethane coated bearings are extremely precise and durable. Designed with heavy duty and higher speed ratings in mind, they are non-marking and have a guaranteed T.I.R. of less than 0.0015”. Contrary to other manufacturers of polyurethane bearings who rely on a polyurethane tire slipped over the bearing race, Meridian Laboratory molds and bonds polyurethane directly to the race. Guaranteeing a strong bond and durable, long-lasting polyurethane bearings – with unbeatable precision and tolerances.
• Non-marking, durable polyurethane coating
• Improved traction against contact surfaces
• Reduced wear and increased longevity of contact surfaces
• Reduces noise while rotating
Cam Followers
Meridian Laboratory ML6 polyurethane coated cam followers (otherwise referred to as track rollers) feature a threaded stud to fit directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting. All Meridian Laboratory ML6 polyurethane coated cam followers are high quality, American-made, sealed needle bearings, complete with lubrication ports in the ends of the shaft for maximum longevity.
• Non-marking, durable polyurethane coating
• Improved traction against contact surfaces
• Reduced wear and increased longevity of contact surfaces
• Reduces noise while rotating
• Stud allows for threading directly into machine or secured with a nut
Yoke Rollers
Meridian Laboratory ML6 polyurethane coated yoke rollers are available in the same sizes as our studded cam followers, however they feature a thru-bore rather than a threaded shaft. All Meridian Laboratory ML6 polyurethane coated yoke rollers are American-made with high strength steel (available in stainless steel), and are sealed with ports located inside the bore for relubrication of the bearings ensuring maximum longevity.
• Non-marking, durable polyurethane coating
• Improved traction against contact surfaces
• Reduced wear and increased longevity of contact surfaces
• Reduces noise while rotating
Hubbed Drive Rollers
Meridian Laboratory ML6® precision polyurethane hubbed drive rollers, (or friction rollers) are manufactured in cores made of 6061 aluminum. Precision polyurethane is molded with tolerances of 0.0015” or better, they are available in a variety of standard sizes.
• High friction roller surface
• T.I.R. guaranteed <0.0015” or better
• Non-marking, durable polyurethane ML6 material
• Bond strength to core is stronger than polyurethane itself
Hubless Drive Rollers
Meridian Laboratory ML6 precision polyurethane hubless drive rollers are ideal for situations and applications which are space sensitive or where you wish to maximize the contact surface of rollers against its contact material. Standard sizes are available in cores made of 6061 aluminum.
• High friction roller surface
• T.I.R. guaranteed <0.0015” or better
• Non-marking, durable polyurethane ML6 material
• Bond strength to core is stronger than polyurethane itself
Bronze Idler Roller
Meridian Laboratory ML6 precision polyurethane idler rollers can serve as guides, tensioning wheels, or in any application which requires a roller to spin freely on a shaft. Precision polyurethane ML6 is bonded to an SAE 841 oil-impregnated bronze sleeve bushing, and is ideal for lighter duty applications with low to moderate speeds.
• Non-marking, durable polyurethane coating
• Precision dimensional tolerances with low runout
• Bronze bushing self-lubricates to spin freely on shaft
• Extreme bond strength between ML6 polyurethane and bushing
• Reduced wear and increased longevity of contact surfaces
